Includes the original envelope, the instructions and the pattern. The envelope shows some wear. The instructions and tissue pattern are in good condition.
The pattern looks to be complete but I am unable to confirm. I could not open up the pieces to count them and get them back to how they are folded without making a mess of them. I do not see any pin holes or tears in the tissue but there are some wrinkles.
