100% Viscose.
With beautiful metal accent with “celine” signature.
Made in Italy.
Size on tag says 36 and can probably fit sizes 4, 5, 6 but please please compare the measurement below to make sure this will fit you.

length (top of shoulder to hem): 36 in.
chest: 16 in
