Item has 100% of original contents INCLUDING warranty paperwork that was never filled out, makeup back, and middle insert/divider. It is a very nice and cute luggage, but may do better for someone more petite than I, as it was unfortunately not large enough for what I needed for my Japan Trip. It is excellent for those who may need to travel with some electronic devices (iPad) for a short trip. It is also self locking and you can set the code to whatever you want. Item has a bit of scuffing from the airport but most damage was cleaned off by me.
