This is an amazing ELIE SAAB gown. The gown is done in Blue Tulle with a Silk base. This has fitted tulle bustier bodice with tulle straps. The base is full with pleats of Ombre tulle. This is fully lined in Silk with a hidden back zip closure. The gown was shown on the runway in brown. This gown is BLUE. Tagged a 44. Measurements: Bust 34″; Waist 28″; Hips: 37″; Length 63″.
