The Atosa CookRite ATSF-40 is a natural gas commercial deep fryer with a 40 pound oil capacity. It is made of stainless steel, both interior and exterior, and the tank is welded. It has a high-quality thermostat that maintains the selected temperature between 200?F-400?F.

It comes with two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles to keep them from getting hot. It comes standard with four casters, so you can easily move this fryer around for installation, maintenance, and cleaning.
