I would greatly appreciate it if you do not intend on completing the transaction that you PLEASE not bid. Not only is it time consuming filing a Disputes, but you may have outbid a serious customer that truly wanted the item. Plus it then becomes very costly with having to pay the fee’s to relist the item.
